Even when I'm not hungry, I like getting out of the office for that hour ( Paid :run: )
Of course there is the interweb too, but sitting in front of a computer for 10 hours straight gets to you :hs: So sometimes I'll sit back and just take 5 minutes off from staring at the computer
No one really minds, I see my managers and bosses do it all the time

When I was the Chief Engineer at the hotels I worked at I needed the stress or the job got boring, I actually thrived on it.
