What do you do to calm yourself down when you are stressed at work?
Today is very busy/hectic at my work for a number of reasons (new catalog, many people quit in the last week and many others have today off as a vatcation day) Basicly the call Q's are all full of calls and i feel like my head is going to explode. Every call is some extreme issue or irate customer and I would like to know what you all do to calm your self down on hectic days.

Can sit there and play that while, well I guess I answer their question, I kinda space out for a few mins while playing the game and then when the calls over I keep playing for a min or two, then take another call. haha

I don't know what kind of music you listen to, but I'm a house music junkie. If you have the chance to have a beat going, even if quiet, it helps to create a blanket that can soothe you to stay calm.
Keep a running beat in your head, and time can pass by a little easier. Also, doing the job no one wants to do since you're short handed can keep people off your back, and allow you to be by yourself.
