With clothes, I'm not a large ... I'm not a medium ... but I always get mediums because I don't like wearing stuffs that are loose around the back and arms. :hs:

dude, seriously, you should give like a week to rest. your not going to see a gain as quickly as you would if you gave it some more time. you need to give time for the muscle to heal itself before you can start to tear em' appart.

since january, I guess around 5 minutes stretching/ warming up
then 45 - 60 minutes weight lifting 3 times a week

I know exactly what your talking about, im am very self concious about what a where and its basically kind of the same way.

i work out my arms every other day, too. but not the same ones.

ex: Monday - shoulders + biceps
Wedn - tris + chest (+back)
Friday - shoulders + biceps again
