You still in orlando?? You can get a civic CPO for about 15k. Go to honda's certified preowned link on their web site...there are plenty in the orlando area.

Yea I am still here. I have a Civic... so I am not too keen on another one even though it was a very reliable car. I like the accords without a doubt... but my parents own two of them, my gf owns one... and her parents owned two... but recently got rid of one. That a few too many Accords in my little circle here. I am kinda sick of them since thats all I ever see and drive.

They did rate the Optima as a comparison to the Galant. But I have never dealt with or known anyone who has delt with Kia or Hyundai.

I'd still stay away from Kia longterm. Hyundai is getting better, but the depreciation is still pretty sour and longterm reliabiltiy still has a few question marks.

Yeah, Hyundai is getting better...also the 10yr 100,000 miles warranty is killer....For a nice little get around town car i would definitely get an Elantra if i had money

My sis has a 02 Kia Sephia...since she owned it.... a cyl collapsed, brake caliper siezed up, 4 O2 sensors went bad....all under warranty so it was no problem (thats all i remember) since the warranty has gone out. The passenger side door will not open and window will not roll down, the a/c quit working, it stalls at WOT, dash lights went out, gas guage quit working.... i think theres more but thats it. I would only get a Kia if i knew i would'nt have it past 100k miles..... plus resale on those suck!

Well I was shopping around and for the price and the warrenty until 2010 I am still looking towards the Galant. I dont plan on keeping it past then really...

I am still going to be looking at some other tomorrow again.

But for a 03 Civic EX manual... 30,000miles... for $14,500. I dont think so. Its just too much for that. Sure it will hold value more... but I am paying alot more in the beginning too, and the warrenty isnt as good. 3 Years only.
