they will do anything to sell a car, especially ones that they know are junk....
the prob with honda was that the trade they have is booked at $9k and they need to get atleast $7k and the car for $21. the lowest they could go was $23 on the accord so after going to 3 dealerships she aparently gave up. I bet if she kept trying as the new model years are coming out she would have eventually got the car and price she wanted. Thats how i got my civic atelast...

oh, aside from all the other problems (both cosmetic and mechanical) my dad's jetta has had i noticed a new one yesterday... i looked in his car for somthing and his passenger seat is literally caving in. wtf is that??

A Jetta is not even in the same class as the Accord. The Jetta is like a compact car. If the new Accord looks like this then I'll for sure be buying it.

My dad had a 4 year lease on a Passat and he never got any problems.
Now he has a 4 year lease on a v8 Touareg and he has no problems. I know a guy from work who has owned multiple golf's and guess what, no problems.
