I believe the amount of which you should take is .03g/kg. Also, I wouldn't really load, I never did.
I only used Creatine for 2 months to get a jumpstart, great stuff.

I'm trying to lose bodyfat, and creatine makes your body retain water, so I haven't been touching the stuff since March. Usually you want to do two months at a time, then off for two or three, in cycles.
I've personally been supplimenting with L-Glutamine, AAKG, green tea, and protein. Might start creatine again in two months, but I want to see how my cutting progresses first.
