They don't run electricity at nite...for power saving and also to make it harder for them to get attacked in the nite.....You should find some pics of the DMZ, now thats something to talk about. Both North and South Korea make random raids across teh DMZ to show off their special forces teams.

I think the Night shot has to do with them turning off the power at night, probably because they don't have much fuel to produce electricity.

wow, but these photo's dont surprise me at all. at least he didnt get pictures of the radio towers that scramble foriegn transmissions.
i feel bad for all the south koreans who lost contact with all their relatives in the north and havent talked to them since the 50's.
if there was any country we should help ts north korea not iraq and them.
