They don't run electricity at nite...for power saving and also to make it harder for them to get attacked in the nite.....You should find some pics of the DMZ, now thats something to talk about. Both North and South Korea make random raids across teh DMZ to show off their special forces teams.

actually it is the communism at fault. the fact that we stopped talking to them is because they are a radically dangerous military regime that controls the day to day life of every citizen and doesnt allow them any personal privacy or luxury. the communist ideals require this sort of control to survive. these people are non-educated and indoctrinated from birth otherwise they would understand what horrible situation they are in

 

wow, but these photo's dont surprise me at all. at least he didnt get pictures of the radio towers that scramble foriegn transmissions.
i feel bad for all the south koreans who lost contact with all their relatives in the north and havent talked to them since the 50's.
if there was any country we should help ts north korea not iraq and them.

 

my grandfather got "locked out" of n.korea after they secured the borders. he was part of a fairly wealthy family who owned a lot of farms. hed come to the south to sell a bunch of his goods a few times a year, and it was during one of those times where he got stuck on the southern side. thats when he met my grandmother soon afterwards and got married. this was in his early 20's. he hasnt seen his family since.
