It's always weird to see pictures of NK, the cities are clean and empty. Almost like a ghost town.

 

if you compare North korea to south korea you can see just how far behind NK is. NK has barely changed since the fifties and SK is only lagging a little behind western countries.

 

they are so far behind, look at this night photo of n.korea vs s.korea.

 

Communism really worked out well for them.

It's not really the communism, it the fact that we stopped talking to them for the last 50 years. Just like Cuba.

I think the Night shot has to do with them turning off the power at night, probably because they don't have much fuel to produce electricity.

 

I would really like to be able to go there someday.
