its a bar with really hot ASU girls dressed in hot for teacher apparel. think naughty school girl.

tilted kilt is kind of the same thing, but the girls wear short kilts and belly shirts. the wait staff is super hot.

yeah, the library is a bar right in the heart of Mill Ave, and I think they serve food before 9pm and then change over to full bar mode. Its definatly worth checking out. there are so many great bars right on Mill to hit up as well.

tilted kilt is more of a casual sports bar. sit down watch a game enjoy the work staff and relax.
