yeah, the library is a bar right in the heart of Mill Ave, and I think they serve food before 9pm and then change over to full bar mode. Its definatly worth checking out. there are so many great bars right on Mill to hit up as well.

tilted kilt is more of a casual sports bar. sit down watch a game enjoy the work staff and relax.
