The one I applied for does tutoring, reading intervention, and sports through paid high school interns and a few paid teachers for elementary school students.

I was sitting in the office waiting for the principal...and these little itty bitty kids started walking in there...I was like h: Youre so small. :uhhok:

 

so i have to spend 8 hrs in a cpr/first aid course this wed. and i had to cough up $70 for it

oh cool. i guess i never realized that someone had to direct those programs h: aww..i miss the little kids.. they are so cute. but i won't miss the drama and the tattling

 

I hope they dont cry and stuff h:

 

mine just expired 2 months ago i won't have it to show them when i get processed at human resources on monday. i hope they say it's ok for me to turn it in late :hs:

little kids definitely cry. i've made 6th graders cry while i was subbing. and i also made this reeeaaallly big 8th grade black kid cry once. he looked so tough, it was a shock that i made him cry. that was during subbing too h:

 

Kicking kids square on the balls... :squint: is not cool...

 

Hehe, I had my share of crying stories.

You know what is touching though...the real real badasses. You sit them down and tell them that there are people in the program that cares about them and want to make sure they head towards the right direction...you will see tears. And they will try their hardest to hold it back h:
