What a bunch of fucking morons. I got a ticket for going 140 on the 401 in canada and they were hard to get ahold of, pretty rude/unknowledgable, and they lost the case for me. Idiots didn't even call me to tell me they lost. I expected them to at least get it reduced but no, nothing. They gave me a 'money back guarentee unless your ticket is completely overturned' and now I'm struggling to get my money back What a bunch of morons. I'm so pissed off right now

Have you never gotten a ticket? There are about a million places like this that go to court for you.

These guys were the only one that would do it in Southern Ontario.

http://www.topdefence.com/

Top Defence Statistics:
We fully dismiss 94% of all our cases
Our success rate is 98%

What the fuck does that even mean?

Yeah this is my 3rd ticket. First one my dad pulled in a favor from the assistant DA for a 50 in a 35. Second one was a 55 in a 40 but I took it to court and fought it myself and got it reduced to running a stop sign. This one was too far for me to go fight. The ticket is like $335 CAD, but I really hope my insurance doesn't go up too much. I wouldn't even have fought it but NYS and Ontario for some reason share that information. I got a Mass driver's license a couple months ago so this wouldn't happen again.

just pay, it's easier! you dont even have a canadian license so if you get pulled over they usually ask you to pay right away right? just put like 100$ aside, so if you get pulled over pretend thats all the money you have on you right now and they will usually let you go. they can decide to take you to the police station... but they rarelly do that.

I do that every time at in the US
