I used to go to the US all the time. If i got pulled over they ask me to pay a fine right there... they dont take my driver ID or license info just pay and leave cause there is no agreement between the US and canada(or so i thought) about driving license. apparently in your state they do.
Umm you never give a cop money....cause they can turn around and say you tried to bribe them.....
dude he wrote up a ticket. it's a law here too... like my cousin, he doesnt have a canadian license only a belium one. so when he drives here and gets cought speeding the cop gives him a ticket that he need to pay right away cash. If he refuses he goes to the police station and waits to go to court. now cops are usually nice and if you tell them you only have 100$ instead of the reall 150$ for the fine they will bring your ticket down. you still leave with a ticket and a notice saying you paid it on the spot. you dig?
