Turn signal relay for 02-05 Si's is in the hazard switch as well. Dont know if that's for all Hondas but I had that problem when I forgot to hook that hazard switch back up

No this was not. The actual relation is my wife is friends with the wife of the couple. So they are the contacts. But I'm speaking to them directly... just not on a daily basis.

Sounds like my coworker. He bought a new Passat, and during the first month they had to replace the headgasket because it was "crimped" or something during manufacturing. So what does he do? He buys his son a Jetta 6 months later.

I know 3 people that have had several VW's, and they've had problems with all of them. Yet they love them to death, and are repeat buyers. I can't figure it out :dunno:

Bob Lewis Volkswagen in Newark, CA

And apparently my wife didn't relay the info accurately. The actual count of in-shop days is not yet 30. Almost, but not yet.

more like will people who buy them ever learn. for one, my dad has a 97 gl jetta and now he wants his "fast" . if i ever had to crawl through the passenger side door becase the latch froze during SUMMER on the drivers side it may leave a negative impression on the vehicle maker. and from what i hear this is a common problem.
