h: i'm still not that good of a cook though.. well, i do OK. and there are a few things i make very well, but i'm working to get better. there are so many dishes to enjoy, so little time to learn to make them.. :hs:this reminds me though, i need to have the tank filled. it's getting low.

Anyone who likes Salmon, here's a good way to cook it on the double sided BBQ:
Take a large piece of salmon, and place it ontop of foil. Curve edges around and "boat it in. Sides should be as high as the fish. Sprinkle Lawry's Season salt, lemon pepper, fresh dill, few slivers of garlic, two pats of butter, and place on left TOP side of grill. Take hickory/mesquite wood chips damp from soaking on RIGHT burner on medium, and turn that side on only, so the flame is on the opposite side of the fish. About 15-20 minutes, smoked salmon
h: FTW
