Anyone watching this on ESPN? I was wondering why they spin their net around when they run with the ball :dunno:

not sure what is being shown, but I think arena is only on FSN

It's the NCAA championships. Virginia vs. UMass. Dont really know the rules but it looks pretty cool

The "spinning the net" thing is called cradling, and it's equivalent to dribbling in basketball.

field then huh? watch arena, it is sooooooooooo much better and more fun to watch :hsughr:

just like indoor soccer to normal soccer, ball is always in play and gets crazy

no, it keeps the ball in the net and makes it harder to get it hit out

edit: I think. We played it in PE and we had to do it, I don't think it is required
