Fastest game on two-feet. I played since I've been 5. I was an all-county selection, first team twice.
The "spinning" in another form of cradling. It's a bad habit to most. With cradling, you don't even notice you do it. Try running with a lacrosse stick and ball and watch your motions...

I've never payed much attention to the game, but my new boss is also a scout for the Mammoth and Outlaws. I can get free tickets fairly often if I want, so I might have to start learning the rules. Since I'm a hockey fan, I'm sure it won't be a big transition.
