I ran across this LV83, in Metro City, living in a wooden crate. No gang affiliations. Last active 16 hours ago. I hit him for training.
After the hit, I get the following request:
Sarge is a LV152 with over $3B in the bank, and a little over 10,000GB's to his name.
Sarge belongs to the cell: Ðøømëd Før Ðëstrµ¢tìøñ . This cell has a respect level of 1349. The members of the cell are:

Marshy & Wharbone both have valid arguements about stats v.s. levels. I'm finding it hard to locate players that are non affiliated, higher in level, and inactive to hit and level up. If I had done that earlier, leveling up would have happened quicker.
Stats would be low for the level, but then since the leveling slows down anyways...at some point your stats would increase faster than your levels increase...you'd just be training more when you get more out of training.
But then being a "sleeper" has it's advantages also. If your cell is constantly in a state of war, then it's to your advantage not to display your full hand.
Now I got a freaking headache...
I just made LV70, and parked my butt in whoville. I'm in the area where you can buy a Nuke Tank. Time to set it and forget it. See y'all tomorrow.
