I don't understand the sleeper thing. Yeah, I know it is cool when someone attacks you thinking you are weak and gets beat, but you are really holding yourself back.
The higher your level, the more times you can train so you stats go up faster. It is simply much more efficient, as long as you don't just concentrate on leveling up.
