i work with verizon too 
... unfortunately im an indirect dealer... but we pull no shit... we have a contract directly with verizon...and are 100% against fucking over for commissions.
they told you to leave your shit for 6 months that way they would get paid for it... a feature (any feature) has to be active on the account for 6 months for 3rd parties to be paid for it. if it is cancelled at 5m29d then they won't get paid
and they would have "credited" you out of their commissions... they probably got paid about $15-$20 per line that activated ringbacks.

I went to a Verizon Wireless store yesterday in Rockville, MD and they declined my check for no apparent reason. I need to replace this phone and they make it so difficult for me!

rockville is such a boring place, we stayed at the best western there for a couple months, and didnt find anything to do except eat at potomic pizza and cheeburger cheeburger

I'm pleased with my Verizon Wireless service, but when the fuck will they get some decent phones? Seems like Cingular gets all the nice shit...I'd love one of those Sony Ericsson phones :happysad:

Cell phone call quality and reliability is still very very far from where I think it should be. Yet they keep adding features, texting, email, games, songs, videos, surf the internet. They can't even get a decent phone call on these damn things, there's no way in hell I'm going to even try using it for anything else untill the basic phone call is better.
