i work with verizon too ... unfortunately im an indirect dealer... but we pull no shit... we have a contract directly with verizon...and are 100% against fucking over for commissions.


they told you to leave your shit for 6 months that way they would get paid for it... a feature (any feature) has to be active on the account for 6 months for 3rd parties to be paid for it. if it is cancelled at 5m29d then they won't get paid

and they would have "credited" you out of their commissions... they probably got paid about $15-$20 per line that activated ringbacks.
