my current home 600k+ fam bought it for 345k
our other home also 600kish bought for 275k.

Heh...yeah. My parents live in Tombstone, so all there is to do is the sorry ass "mall" in Sorry Vista...I could never live there, no offense.

None taken, Tombstone is even worse though, horse poop and cow boys :run: h: However, as bad as Sierra Vista is for anyone young, retiring there would be nice, close to the mountains, and crazy drifter roads y0! :run: only about 30K~ of people, so its not crowded, but no job opportunities for anyone young h:

^^ true that. You can four wheel anywhere, sand rail anywhere, shoot anywhere, etc...But they say that it is one of the fastest growing cities in america.
