My co-worker tod me about this website. You can plug in any address and if in the database it will tell you what your market value of your house is.

The house I grew up in is now worth $100,500 :sad: compared to where I live now, that would would have another 0 on it.

yea, that was off by about 250k

It says tax assessed value of my old house, so I am guessing it is an older quote.

Its def. an older quote. i'm +30k more than that one.

There's a foreclosure selling for 710 that's valued at 788 right by my house.

My last house was worth about 1,100,000.
IT wasn't the size that made it so expensive. A 2 bedroom house over here is worth about 800,000.

EDIT: I remember my mom telling me that our old place is worth in the 600-700 range now so that 400K is somewhat off :oh:
