I'm not using the stats to determine what needs to be trained, I use the comparative ranking. I'm trying to keep the ramlomgs all within the same range.

ok guys,
these punks http://metrowars.com/gangs.php?action=view&ID=642 have decided to start attacking our whole cell, I'm sending their VP a mail, asking them to stop the constant attacks, or else we will be calling in assistance.
