It takes time for it to build up. The bigger the property the longer it takes.

That's why a shake is useful. But with all this gold, you'll be able to get into a much bigger property in a day or two.

I wouldn't suggest training untill stamina reaches 100%, it'll just make it take longer to get to 100% and you wont get as much out of the training utill it's at 100% either.
