So I guess the general idea is that joining CM is a good thing and we should. I'm going to lunch, if anyone is opposed, lets hear it.

After lunch I'll let Sasha know whats up and possibly be changing our Cell's Description.

As for attacking, we are going to have to be cautious about that. If we start something, Sasha isn't going to like that. I'm sure there will be plenty of oppertunity where other cells threaten us or somehow start things, then we can ask Sasha if it's cool to take it to the next level and declare on them (if they didn't already declare on us).

 

we should come up with an idea as to what happens if someone does break the rules

 

1st offense - warning, and $5M donation to the cell.

2nd - boot from the cell for 5 days? That means you're cut off from protection, banking, and loans... 24GB donation to the cell to rejoin...
