Default Which full coilover setup for my RSX-S

I currently have sleeve type coilovers and want to upgrade to a full coilover setup. Are Omni's good? What about the Tein Basic's?

You'd be happy with Tein's Basics.

I'd favor an adjustable damper then.

The Tein BASICs are adjustable in ride height only, and I believe the OmniPowers are fixed as well.

I've been very happy with the TEIN Super Street dampers on my DC4.
I'd take a look at either the Super Street or FLEX dampers, both of which are available for your car and are adjustable for rebound and compression damping.

The SS is biased on the firm side, while the FLEX is a bit more forgiving.

What does an adjustable damper do? I am looking for a semi stiff ride. Right now the car is lowered on stock shocks and it is kinda bouncy.

i have tein ss-p on my 05 rsx, quality is good, but if you're looking for something that is smooth like stock, dont go teins. They're stiff/ "bouncy" due to the linear spring rates vs. progressive rates which are found on typical lowering springs.

I dont care if it is smooth like stock I just dont want it to be bouncy. What lowering springs and shocks would be good if I dont go with coilovers? I want the car to be lowered at least 2 inches.

I completely disagree with you there. I have a set of Omni Drag Coils on my Civic, which I've heard awesome things about (haven't had a chance to try them yet).

Brad has a set of Omni coilovers on his CL with no complaints.

Ignorance > you

And Tein is overhyped.
