San diego should be a fun day on monday...I wonder if they are going to block off the roads and walk on the highways to show that if they weren't working they would just take up the highways and block people from driving around.

No big deal. Our company would just contact the temp agency and have plenty more more people the next day willing to work. :dunno:
We had 15 that ran off the other day because there was a rumor going around that immigration was in town. Apparently they had falsified info. to get legit work. (I'm not surprised) It hardly caused a hiccup in production. Our bosses also made it clear to those who wanna take May 1st off, that normal absence rules apply no matter what.
