No big deal. Our company would just contact the temp agency and have plenty more more people the next day willing to work. :dunno:

We had 15 that ran off the other day because there was a rumor going around that immigration was in town. Apparently they had falsified info. to get legit work. (I'm not surprised) It hardly caused a hiccup in production. Our bosses also made it clear to those who wanna take May 1st off, that normal absence rules apply no matter what.
