Each one has their own little problems every now and then. None of em are perfect! I tend to use USPS for small things and UPS and FedEx for larger things. I have one of each close by.

UPS was a great help in shipping out extremely large items (2 Integra rear interior panels)

Maybe just maybe if you would'nt have yelled at them they would have served you better. Im sorry but when I get clients that are all pissed off and yellin I take even more time to serve them and make shure that they are even more pissed off. Just goes to show that being an asshole gets you nowhere.

While I was in school, getting packages was fine. If I was out of my apartment, the delivery guy would leave it with the girl in the office in the lobby, and when I got back from class I'd pick it up.

Then, the building got bought by another management company, and they couldn't manage to keep the office staffed full time because this new company is a bunch of cheap bastards. It was a pain in the ass picking up a package if it got dropped in the office because the chick was never around.

Then, the new owners tore out the lobby and the office, and there was no office. It's since been re-opened but it doesn't matter cuz I'm at my office during the hours that the building office is open. I just have stuff shipped to my office because the delivery companies don't pull tht BS about they might deliver after 5 if it's going to a business...the trucks pretty much come at the same time every day.

If only they didn't have all these stupid rules about leaving packages in secure locations, and what constitutes a secure location, they could just leave packages in the hallway outside my door. But noooo, according to FedEx, UPS and everyone else, "a common hallway is not a secure location for a package to be left in."

yes, ups can lick my taint. Good for shipping (which is why so many businesses use them), but absolutely retardedly unpleasant for recieving. When they do that to me, I have to drive to Commerce City (the absolute cornhole of Colorado) to pick up shit. JUST LEAVE IT AT MY FUCKING DOOR!

USPS ftw!

UPS Ground can be late, but it'll get there

FEDEX Ground sucks b/c they are contract drivers and they dont give a fuk

USPS w/o delivery confirmation sucks b/c they'll lose your package.

DHL Ground uses USPS also so they suck and have no tracking information.

...best way to do it, pay for express shipment w/ delivery confirmation.

If it's soooo important that you get it and it requires a signature, and you won't be home, leave a note to leave it with the neighbor, or call them up and ask them to deliver it on a perferred day (ie...it's monday and you'll be off thursday, so ask if they can deliver thursday) or, ask them to deliver it to your job. They try to make it easy, not UPS's fault your not home and it requires a sig. Call them up and do something about it. Stop complaining!!

you didn't mention FedEx Express. Probably the best option, if maybe a little pricey at times. h:

FedEX Express is different from FedEX Ground.
