Oh, in order to register it and drive it, it needs to pass emissions. And in order to do the swap I need to sell my teg, so it can't just stay garaged.

I'd pass and wait. I paid a bit more for my EF, but I feel I got a really solid car with no major problems that should last me a while (knock on wood). I waited around until something close to perfect came up, and I wouldn't want to shop for a car any other way.

My Si was $1800 BTW.

If I did that, I'd be waiting for years. The few hatchs that pop up around here have lots of rust and are in bad condition.

I'm surprised you Oregon fucks have rusty cars out there without the use of road salt.

Washington != Oregon, but yes, I'm suprised too. Rainy weather and people not taking very good care of their cars.

And AF, I might do what you suggested in AIM. Buy this car, garage it, save, swap, sell teg.

Only way to go.

Rainy weather doesn't cause body rust BTW. Unless the primer is horrendously thin with age.

Why are you getting one?

That's minor shit. I bet you could pass on a test pipe too, I did.
