actually, remember to document each occurance. Make a journal, describe what happened, date and time. Also remember to call the cops or go and get something on file about it. If this escalates, you're going to want to stay organized, since it could go to court. You might want to start looking into what you need to get a restraining order.

 

i tried getting a restraining order last summer when she keyed my car. you can only file a restraining order under the following conditions:

1. she has threaten to hurt me
2. has hurt me
3. raped me
4. and i forgot number 4

 

so just get a friend with a camera phone, go find your ex, get in her face and get her all pissed at you. she hits you, friend takes picture.. restraining order!

 

Do you have that documented? That will help you alot.

 

I can call a couple of home girls, to go by her house and make sure she dosn't show up to court...:rick:

also did you file a police report when she scratch your car??

 

if is true what you are saying that you didnt touch her then she and her mom can and will go to jail for that big lie. and u also want to have as many ppl posible in your side to show up in court, ask your females friends especially.

 

If she has no physical evidence, then don't worry...first course of action is to retain an attourney.
