Default What's up?

I haven't been here in a while. The Army has been keeping me pretty busy but more than that my WRX has been pretty much been taking up all my time...

Anyway. Just thought I'd drop in.

So what have you been doing to the WRX?

Yeah, lol. I have very limited internet access these days. But what can you do?

So far the WRX has: a Prodrive axle back and down pipe, STi intercooler and Ecutek tuning. Rota Tarmac II's with 245/40/17 Fusion ZRi's and Tein SSP's compliment the cornering. Future plans are for some stiffer anti-roll bars and continued Ecutek tuning as they (Ecutek) come up with better ways to make the new 2.5 Ecu work better. Right now there are timing issues that wont allow the stock turbo to spool all the way up until after 4,000 RPM's which sucks because the spool up is basically instant and the torque could easily hit STi territory otherwise. I guess these things take patience though.

Other than that... life is so good in the US. Especially down south where it doesn't get colder than 45. It's gonna suck when it really warms up though. :happysad:

Thanks again for fighting for our safety :usa:

I have a friend that lives in Elko, GA...he says it gets hot as hell down there around June and July.

Keep up the nice work in the military and on the WRX.

I thought you were based out of San Diego for some reason!

Nonetheless, welcome back (however delayed this message may be), and thanks!

What's up, Jason? It does sound like the WRX is taking up your free time, but that cannot be a bad thing. What does the Army have you doing down in Georgia?
