All the time and it sucks ass 
You feel 10 times worse than when you fell asleep.
10-15 minute power naps provide the most energy and make you feel the best but it's so hard not to go back to sleep.

on sunday, i decided to take a nap at 6pm...i woke up at midnight, then fell back asleep and woke up monday morning at 7:30
