I really want to try out that new controler, but I'm getting a ps3 before I think about buying any other system.

 

meteos>tetris... if you enjoy those types of games you should get it. I played my niece's DS and it was fun h: it adds a little ZING to tetris so to speak

The PS3 will launch at a $499 price, $599 with extra features (supposedly)

at the time of PS3's launch, the Xbox360 will offer a price cut and have tripled their unit production. (just announced yesterday) Also, PS3 launch day = Halo 3's launch day.

If Sony and MS go head to head on the same day / season ... Nintendo will get dusted for sure. The Revolution has to be relased before the PS3 hits and before the 360 price drop.

As for Nintedo getting dusted if MS and Sony go at it... tis true h:

 

Sony will force the PS3 for a pre-xmas release. If they slip that date, I'll laugh. The 360 will go into their 2nd holiday season with no competition.

Microsoft is also supposed to be releasing Halo 3 on the day that the PS3 is released to gain an edge. This however wouldn't be affecting me since the halo 2 was a dissapointment compared to the original halo.

 

:werd: Mario 64 changed my LIFE! As well as OoT! Sweet game! Many a hours spent on the N64. I never owned a PSX, thankfully!
