Pal --> Ntsc
a buddy of mine has a DVD he bought in Russia on his trip that he wants me to convert from PAL to NTSC...is there a way to do it on Nero, or another program that is available?

I think you can do this with dvd-shrink.

coincidentally... i have a few dvd sitting in front of me that need to be converted to ntsc too
