If you say he drugged your girl, they're going to want her to press charges. If you don't want to do that, an anonymous tip that he deals and slips them to people is good.

basically you need to work with the cops to set him up if your willing......and if i remember you said he has never seen you before? then that could work......if you could get him to make a deal with you....or get your girlfriend to call him and be like hey i really liked that stuff you gave i was wondering if i could get some more and have him meet her somewhere just like as if he were going to give her some right as they make the trade cops come running up and she runs just cause the cops came so he doesnt think that they had anything to do with it cops do that quite a bit.
