or you could get him to commit over the phone on a recorded phone convorsation that might work also.

most likely less then that because she was clean before. she doesnt need a drug test if you could prove that he has the drugs or can further prove it. tell her to go over there again alone with a camera phone thats evidence enough they have pictures of his apartment or house and drugs in there, chances are the cops will believe it. thats probable(spelling) cause. or have her go back over there have her give her self a black eye call the cops and make sure he is home alone, then when they show up and saw that she has a black eye they arrest him and then have right to search his home and then there is the drugs. all she has to say is he hit me cause i said i was going to turn him in for selling drugs to kids

 

then while he sits in jail they get a warrant and search his home and he is serving 5-20
