i came soooooo close to getting the IS300 prev.gen... but my best friend kept bitching about us having the same exact car... that, and i still wanted a German car again, so i got my current car... 6 months later, that bastard trades in his IS and gets a E90 h:

interior? not by a longshot. bimmer interiors are ugly.

 

IS is a good car. G35 sedan isn't a bad car either. e46 is a great car. The newer A4's are nice too.

I found the e46 sedans the most fun to drive, BMW just has the handling done so well from the factory. The interior is still great, I like the e46 interior more than the e90 for a variety of reasons. You could get a 320i and it's still fun to drive.

Bimmers are overrated, especially the 3 series. Infiniti and Lexus give you a lot more for your $$$

Yeah, I've noticed that the prices have been getting inflated over the years. I remember when the M3 started at $33k

socaldc4 go with the lexus, they are solid cars and won't let you down. My family has both lexus and bmw and I would choose lexus over bmw ANY time
