everything aside from driving anywhere was alright. the excessive use of one-way streets is rediculous. i knew that portland was the armpit of the NW, but it had been years since i'd been there. hoo boy.

that and we made the mistake of taking PCH back in the god damn snow/rain (it wasn't nasty until we took the 26 across the damn state so no point in going all the way back). due to that and a fucking construction detour it took over 5 hours to get home

Just wait till this summer, half of the major Portland roadways are going under construction so traffic is going to get worse. Sure am glad I never have to go very far into Portland for anything

 

:sad: I have to go to Portland next week. I won't have much free time though. I'm excited to see hippies everywhere I go..

 

if you can, i would find a jetpack to get you where you need to go.
