I could have told you Portland proper sucks ass. I don't think I have been into downtown in 6 months now...I hate that place.
everything aside from driving anywhere was alright. the excessive use of one-way streets is rediculous. i knew that portland was the armpit of the NW, but it had been years since i'd been there. hoo boy.
that and we made the mistake of taking PCH back in the god damn snow/rain (it wasn't nasty until we took the 26 across the damn state so no point in going all the way back). due to that and a fucking construction detour it took over 5 hours to get home
