I disagree about the USPS never losing packages.

Over the course of a month and a half I sold about 1200 jerseys/cards on eBay. They lost:

1 registered mail to Canada
1 Priority mail to Illinois

Pretty damn good success rate although the 1 registered was for a 600 dollar card and the priority to illinois was a 70 dollar jersey. Neither was returned to me (nor delivered as far as I know).

Paypal sided with the buyer on both accounts even though I had a tracking number showing the items had been sent out.

Thanks USPS! FU Paypal :madr:

So it is 100% possible that during the Christmas season it got thrown into the lost packages abyss that exists in the larger Post Office Branches.

hey guys.. i thought this matter was over with but apparently not.

I sent this via USPS way long time ago, i haven't recieved anything back from them & figured that if it had got lost that it would turn up. I don't have my reciept from the thing. many of you guys are flipin like i live in this thread & just haven't responded when i hardly ever look in the basement of this site. I don't live on here, i work 12 - 14hrs a day. I'm not really sure what you guys expect me to do but calm down on the responce time factor. I'll check back on this thread durring my lunch break.

We've sent you PM's.

You need to resolve this issue.

i've got PM's pointing me to threads like this that are bashing me & acusing me of crap. how about u offer a real suggestion instead of "you need to resolve this issue" so that something can be taken care of. I'm an honest person, i've delt with many people on this board for powder coating & exchange of parts. I also have the same name under my ebay account if u wanna look at that for credibility. I'm not one ot screw people over & i'm not making this stuff up.

What exactly SHOULD WE DO? It's YOUR responsibility to ensure the recipient got what you sent. If not, then YOU SHOULD find out WHY it did not get there. You SHOULD be concerned. I think it is bullshit because it has been 3 months. People IM and PM you and you IGNORE them.

This isn't the only instance I've heard of shady practices. However, to the topic at hand...you're complaining about response time? It's been MONTHS. You've had plenty of time to take care of the problem. Don't come and make it out to be our fault, or we're the bad guys for wondering what's going on. This whole thing is YOUR fault. You signed up, didn't follow the directions, and didn't come through. We don't know what you did or didn't do. All we can do is wonder, because it's been months and the guy didn't get his shit. What else are we supposed to think, especially when you still haven't taken care of the problem?

and he's still vague about the whole damn thing.. "i sent it, i guess it got lost"

that's not good enough! if you bought something and sent it out, PROVE IT. receipts would be a nice start.

however, it is still up to you to resolve it. if you fucked up, didn't get tracking on it, and it really got lost, TOO BAD. you didn't follow the rules, so - to repeat myself - YOU fucked up...

FIX IT.

until then, i think anyone considering his services needs to be told of the current situation.

the USPS has lost a few things of mine. my bank statement was in the hall way of the building across the street, the maintenance man gave it to me unopenned. the USPS has to investigate a lost item even without a receipt or insurance. you give them the date, time and address and they will go from there. they may come up with nothing but they do have to investigate it and get back with you. unfortunately it seems the gift may have gone to the wrong recipient and it becomes finders keepers.

I've suggested before that i would just paypal the dude the 20 bux coz i felt bad that it got lost but apparently that idea got tossed asside & everyone wants to continue to bitch about something that i've attempted to resolve. I also sent a message to Grifter about possibly sending him a HAN t-shirt so that it funded HAN & also resolved the problem of him not recieving anything. I got no responce to that one. Grow up & stop bitchin, i've tried to resolve this & yet YOU bring it back up again!

don't act like i didn't try & don't say that i don't respond coz i have responded each time i got PM'd in the past about it & i come to these bashing threads where not all the facts are displayed!
