Yeah pretty typical of Hondas wonderful plastic top radiators. Definitley replace it before the summer heat begins or you will regret it.

Personally I would suggest getting an all aluminum radiator just so you won't have to replace it again in 5 years or so. Toyotas are the same way so it's not a unique design flaw.

The one I linked in the first post is all metal, I am assuming that it is aluminum?

No, OEM originals. I've seen some crack the end tanks in 3-4 years, others go forever.

Yeah if it is all metal it should be aluminum and the top cap should be as well.

If it's not send it back and tell them to screw themselves...of course those on here who have bought from them could vouch for their trustworthiness.

just go and get a good aluminum rad....hondas and the 94-95 integra were notorious for having issues, yours has lasted a good amount of miles, just pay the extra for something good

I am about to get the one I linked. I was reading on them and saw that they had a good warrenty and good customer service. I was waiting because that one states it is for both manuals and automatics...but I was wondering how that could be since the automatics needed inlets and outlets for the tranny fluid. Turns out, for a manual you just leave those inlets be or plug them up.

Gonna place an order tonight along with the 2 big hoses.

That radiator is made of copper I believe(you should double check to make sure). That radiator is for manual/automatics because it has a tranny cooler thats built in. If you have a manual transmission, the lines just stay plugged. If you have an automatic, it thos two lines get hooked up. Also, you may want to swap the thermostat while your at it.
