I hate this house v.3...
So now I get a call saying I have to move out.
The owner can't afford the mortgage while living in MD with his mommy so he's selling the place.
Honestly, I cant wait to leave this shit hole and my crappy roomate... but at the same time its going to be a bitch to move again, and then have to possibly move to Miami in April.
I have 3 options so far:
1. House right down the street in the same development. Probably going to be the same situation. Its $50 cheaper a month, but now I have to pay part of the bills too...
2. Rent a room in the ghetto. Its like $250 a month plus split bills, and its like 5 mins from the bar I work at downtown. Only bad part is its GHETTO, and even though I can walk to work, I probably wouldn't ever make it there in one piece.
3. Split a house for $100 less then I pay now, but I pay half utilities. The person I split with is this bartender girl I work with who just broke up with her boyfriend of many years. Its close to work, and I could probably even ride with her.
Hmmm.... I might be leaning towards this option, however I dont know about living with someone I work with, and then will probably end up sleeping with. Alot.
They didnt give me a date to move out on, but they said ASAP. I havent paid rent yet, and I am either going to prorate it myself when I move, or just not pay at all and jet. I also have a few ideas for presents to leave behind in this house.
Ideas?

Pics of bar tender girl?
I'm confused. You live with a roommate but neither of you own the house. You just rent and the actual owner can't afford the house so he has to sell it? Is that the situation?

Option 3 but be careful living with a girl. When you live with one who is not your girlfriend you see a lot of their flaws.
I had a HOT roommate among other messy ones when I was in my short term apartment before graduation, and she drove me nuts. However, her walking around mostly naked made up for it.

#3 can have some real pitfalls. roommates that work together end up seeing too much of each other. control issues can develop. if it was a situation where u worked in a place that has different shifts or depts that would be less iffy. not a good move.
