Same here! I remember I accidentally put my trust in someone with some personal info - next thing I know it spreads like wildfire.

 

I have about 5 really close friends. 2 of them I've known since middle school - about 10 years. One is an ex-boyfriend and I've known him for about 6 and the other two I've only recently met a year or so ago.

ditto. i've met alot of people over the years, mainly because we moved a couple times. but trying to keep in touch when you're younger is hard. i still know people i went to kindergarten with (but there was like a 7 year period w/o contact = things change), etc... and all the way through 12th gr.. but don't keep regular contact with many, unless its online.

kids = :down:. i went through speech therapy from K-4, and at times the flow of speech would get tough h: . certain letters just didn't like to come out heh. i'd have to be careful with word choice... and as i've gotten older its become less of an issue, but it still happens occassionally. but in school, people would just laugh- and i learned to laugh with it. it's just frustrating = which lead to not wanting to talk when i didnt have to, reading out loud, presentations etc... I know its all in my mind, because if i think too much about it, it gets worse. maybe like a self-fulfilling prophecy.

anyway, my point is... its always had an effect on personal relationships because i've always been self conscious about my speech. i learned to rely on myself and thats always been alright for me (introvert). overall, im careful with whom i trust, and only in the last couple years have i become less "anti-social," but things are improving.

i have a few friends i hang out with maybe 1-2 i can really trust, the rest are from work, but the one i always count on and is always there for me is that pay check i recieve every 2 weeks.:yes:

 

uhh i have about 4 true friends two of which i met online, one from han my boy charles who i speak to regularly and this other girl who i met freshman year in hs.... then i have a friend from hs who i speak to daily and my other friend from ucsb all of which have visited me while in the hospital..the two who i thought were friends were no where to be found when i was ill....good riddence tho...atleast i know who my true friends are.

then there are afew other so so friends but not that close.

 

i have a close knit group of 4 or 5 really good friends who/whom i trust with my life. basically family.

i have a lot of friends who i occassionally hang out with.

 

i ahve a few really close friends. most have been friends for 5+ years.
