We are small so anything would most likely be help desk

 

So nobody can define how the word "diversity" is to be implied in this article?

 

By diversity I believe they mean in qualifications for a job. They cannot just meet some requirements but ALL requirements of the job. So employers can only look for people who are the "perfect" candidates for that position.

If you ask me, this will certainly restrict one's goal for applying for that job they always wanted.

 

I get 90% of my work online... this might get more difficult.

 

Exactly....i dont know how many jobs ive gotten that i didnt have the right specifications for...but when they hired me...i performed better then they could've expected. It's bullshit if you ask me. It just encourages people to lie more on there resume now.
