Default I cooked my first homemade dinner

At my apartment, at least. I made "quick healthy soup" or at least thats what everyday food called it (i'm on a diet). Doesn't it look tasty?

It was yummy

So...this "first homemade dinner" makes me wonder...what were you eating before?

This is real homemade, not like hamburger helper or something like that.

Joe, the tomatoes were a little big, but they had more of a garlic yummy flavor. I like their consistency in soup.

Can you eat fish? If so, I recommend buying 1 or 2 salmon steaks, broccoli, and rice. Season the steak with pepper and blackening powder. Put in preheated oven @ 350º for one hour (maybe 5-7 minutes more because of State College's altitude). Meanwhile, steam the broccoli and prepare the rice.

Tada! One hour later and you have a delicious, healthy meal!

blegh, don't like fish.

I have plenty of recipes, I just don't have time to cook at home. My new years resolution is to cook one homemade meal a week (obviously i'm a little behind).
