vein out of nose?

I got a nose bleed today myself. I guess the up and down temps lately have been killing me. When I go from being hot to cool in a moments time.....instant nose bleed.

I've had at least 3-4 within a week.

It's more likely the dry climate. Try a humidifer.

Also, it's made worse by anti histamines, decongestants, and cold medicines.

i havent gotten a bloody nose in a little under a year. thank god. i usually get them just about every other day around this time of year.
