I went to the bar last nite and when I left I was rather hammertimed, and I didnt notice that they had given me back the wrong CC, I went there to see if they had it and they didnt...so I called lost/stolen and there are charges on my card

 

That sorta happened to my mom. Only she wasn't drunk. And they made a copy of the card and charged 1500 worth of booze in texas or something then someone else did the same in NJ.
Call up your CC company and tell them what happened and file fraud or whatever.
Make sure you tell the manager/ owner of the bar.

 

I've had that happen. Turns out someone spent almost 140 dollars on gas and restaurants before they maxxed it out. Luckily, those charges didn't apply to me.
