Should I buy basic transportation
I am getting a pretty hefty tax return. Should I buy a basic beater car ($800-$1000) so I can get around the city when need be, or just put it in my savings account and buy something better down the road. I miss having a car but I don't know if buying such a cheap car is worth it or just a waste.

If you don't truly need a car, invest the money.
